The city’s growth is in part due to its workforce, quality of life, schools and access to technology, said Kathi Cook, director of community and economic development for Alpharetta, adding that the area appeals to residents as well as employees, who also enjoy the parks, trails, restaurants and other amenities. These factors have spurred the development of several new projects in the area.
