Amanda Rhein spent nearly five years leading MARTA's transit-oriented development programs and about 10 years before that working on redevelopment projects at Invest Atlanta. Now, as executive director of Atlanta Land Trust (ALT), she is focused on mitigating this displacement along the Atlanta Beltline and throughout the city by providing a path to homeownership.
