Judging by the amount of new construction, redevelopment and renovation activity in downtown Gainesville and other cities across Hall County, the north Georgia region is revitalizing. Projects include large mixed-use facilities in Gainesville and Flowery Branch, a new hotel in Gainesville and a renovated historic train depot in Lula.
