Little Bear chef-owner struggling to keep the dream restaurant alive

Jarrett Stieber finally had his dream restaurant, and then the coronavirus pandemic hit. For the past year, Stieber and Little Bear have scraped by on take-out, and it has not been easy. In addition to decreased revenue, take-out is the antithesis of the restaurant's intended service model.
