Frank Fernandez, formerly of The Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation, takes the helm of the nonprofit on Aug. 10. He replaces Alicia Philipp, who is retiring as president and CEO after 43 years of leading one of the nation’s largest and most prominent community foundations.
